Top Patch or a Closure is a hair patch of 4×4 inch or 5×5 inch with clips. The Top Patch is used to cover or hide the bald patches and scantiness of the frontal hairline. We also customize the patches for the side and crown area. They can be installed at home without any help. You have to make a partition of your hair where you feel the need to hide baldness/scantiness. Then you have to place the front clip(s) in such a way that the parting of your top patch comes in the middle of your partition.
